Registration is free however, once you have found a property through ourselves, we require a Holding Deposit of £100 to ‘hold’ the property for fourteen days whilst references are applied for. 

Please note that this application fee is non-refundable, therefore applicants may wish to bear in mind anything in their history that may result in their application being declined.

Upon the tenancy commencing, we require an Administration Fee of £200 plus one month’s rent to be paid as a deposit.  (The deposit is refundable upon vacation providing all outstanding bills have been settled and the property and its contents are left in a clean and undamaged condition, as at the commencement of the tenancy). 

We also require one month’s rent to be paid in advance and thereafter by standing order mandate on a calendar month basis. 

The initial holding deposit of £100 will then be deducted from the total amount owing.
