Leapfrog Lettings has a full maintenance team that carry out all maintenance checks, repairs and general property maintenance  i.e. cutting grass and maintaining communal areas.

We pride ourselves on the appearance and quality of our houses and therefore having an in-house team is essential to sustain high standards.

Our maintenance team decorate our houses to a very high standard; they work to and beyond University Standards in all our houses.

Caretaker Service   In the event of tenant free periods, here at Leapfrog we will visit your property  on a weekly basis at a cost of £50 per calendar month if the owner/s request this service.
